  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation to optimize the customer experience.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.

The Brick Manager, General Sales, is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales operations within a designated retail location in Canada, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
