Leon’s Furniture is seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team, drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction in our Regina store.

The ideal candidate combines energy, leadership, and a hands-on approach to hiring, training, and daily operations, while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to growth with our Canadian family-owned business.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales team; floor management.
• Training and people development.
• Interviewing and hiring.
• Scheduling: ensuring provincial legislative requirements met.
• Resolving customer issues.
• Sales forecasting and ensuring targets are met (volume, value added products and services, etc.).
• Evaluating and managing daily, weekly, monthly quarterly sales reports.
• Performance management and developing action plans.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are met.
• Managing daily operations within the store.
• Ensuring general safety and security of store and employees.
• Shopping the competition.
• Daily and weekly sales meetings.
• Preparation and management of sales promotions and contests.
• Other duties as assigned.
