Job summary

Lovisa is seeking a Sales Associate in Edmonton to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations, while developing strong product knowledge.

You will also process POS transactions, maintain store appearance, stock, and assist with daily operations. As a brand ambassador, you’ll communicate Lovisa’s values in-store and within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for retail and fashion
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the store
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
