Job summary

Roots in Montreal is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships with customers in our Westmount store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will uphold brand standards, assist with merchandise presentation, and support day-to-day store operations.

You should have retail apparel experience, strong communication, a friendly, upbeat attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in apparel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Process POS transactions and assist with merchandising tasks.

• Keep fitting rooms clean and ensure product presentation meets standards.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain loyalty.

We are currently hiring for a Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values.The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.The goal is to develop customers for life.
