This dual role involves providing exceptional customer service in-store and ensuring efficient cannabis delivery service within the community. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to split their time between working as a Retail Sales Associate and a Delivery Driver. Please include your postal code in your application, as applications without one will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associate Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relations.
• Provide product recommendations and answer cannabis-related inquiries.
• Perform all aspects of the Sales Associate role, including stocking, building displays, and maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Verify product quality, minimize damages, and ensure price accuracy.
• Operate checkouts and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back stock, and washrooms.
• Follow company policies and regulations, including safety standards and AGLC compliance.

Cannabis Delivery Driver Duties:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle with a minimum $1M liability coverage, including OEF 98b and Designated Operations Limitation 10158.
• Deliver cannabis products safely and promptly within 45 minutes of order placement.
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Verify customer identification before making deliveries.
• Follow assigned routes, transportation regulations, and safety protocols.
• Use delivery apps and communicate with customers as necessary.
• Manage cash floats and collect payments when required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• SellSafe certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
• Clean criminal record.
• Reliable, fuel‑efficient vehicle equipped for winter conditions.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local Calgary streets and neighborhoods.
• Passion for cannabis and knowledge of products and accessories.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Open to feedback and professional growth.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
