Description

Location: Saskatoon Depot, 2675 Avenue C North, Saskatoon SK

Working Hours: 25 hours per week

• Monday 07:30 - 15:00
• Tuesday-Friday 14:30-19:00

Wage: $20.24 per hour

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Serving customers efficiently and courteously in person and on the phone
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Problem solving and resolving shipment issues
• Assisting with equipment and technology challenges
• Collaborating with head office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and partners to ensure excellent service
• Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts
• Assisting customers with shipping details and account issues
• Loading, scanning, logging freight, and resolving issues
• Cash reconciliation and deposits

Responsibilities

• Communicating positively with all stakeholders, both orally and in writing
• Taking personal responsibility and accountability
• Adhering to corporate policies, safety standards, and uniform requirements
• Maintaining punctuality and attendance
• Living Purolator's values and representing them professionally
• Focusing on customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, and technology use
• Possessing 3-12 months of customer service, retail, and POS system experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and team skills
