Description

Working Hours: 25 hours per week

Monday 07:30 - 15:00

Tuesday-Friday 14:30-19:00

Wage: $20.24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person, including upselling and cross-selling corporate products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, problem-solving, and resolve issues related to shipments, equipment, and technology.
• Coordinate with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts.
• Assist customers with shipping details and account challenges, and manage freight loading, scanning, logging, and calling resolution.

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate positively with all stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
• Take personal responsibility and accountability for actions and adherence to policies and safety standards.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance, embody Purolator values, and represent the company professionally.
• Focus on customer service, problem-solving, relationship building, and technology use.
• Possess 3-12 months of customer service, retail, and POS system experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals.
