The Role:

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our upcoming Midtown Plaza location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, team development, and operational excellence, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service through coaching and motivation while driving sales.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by possessing thorough product knowledge.
• Train and develop team members to provide exceptional community experiences.
• Achieve business results and key KPIs.
• Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Serve as a liaison among customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Stay informed on current and upcoming products and trends to meet customer needs.

• Support key initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager.
