Canreal Management Corporation is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a diverse commercial real estate portfolio in the Lower Mainland. You will manage tenant relationships, budgets, site visits, and capital projects to deliver high service levels and solid financial performance.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial property management, a BC license (or near completion), and strong organizational, communication, and financial skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience.
• Current Rental Property Management License (BC) or close to obtaining this.
• Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing budgets, variance reports, and operating results.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, reliable, and highly accountable.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property visits.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial assets.
• Building strong tenant relationships and responding to operational needs and concerns.
• Partnering with property administrators on rent collection, arrears management, maintenance coordination, and tenant communications.
• Reviewing monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and arrears reporting prior to submission to senior leadership.
• Preparing annual operating and capital budgets and monitoring portfolio performance against budget.
• Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and meetings with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinating tenant improvement projects, capital repairs, and equipment replacements.
• Participating in weekly portfolio review meetings focused on financial performance, projects, and operational priorities.
• Participating in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule.
