Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a two-property mix of retail and office space in New Westminster, BC. The role requires strong operations focus, vendor management, and tenant relations in a high-traffic environment.

You will report to regional leadership, build an on-site property team, and manage budgets, contracts, and service levels. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial property management with leadership responsibility.
• Licensed in BC Rental Property Management; alternative considering if eligible.
• Experience with high-traffic retail/office properties and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for two large commercial properties.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and cost controls.
• Lead on-site team of operators and managers; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate tenant relations, leases, and service requests.
• Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
