What You’ll Be Working On

Managing the overall production process and team leadership, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, quality control, and workflow efficiency, guided by Savers' vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Store performance management to meet financial targets and customer experience standards.
• Leading, supervising, and developing team members and supervisors.
• Delivering excellent customer/donor service and managing merchandise flow.
• Overseeing safety, loss prevention, and store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to observe, assess, and coach staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High School diploma; post-secondary preferred
• Retail or industrial management experience
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
