Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Print & Services Supervisor to lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences in our store. You will drive sales, uphold store standards, and act as a keyholder on duty while guiding associates in print and customer service areas.

You will coach staff, manage operations, and stay current with trends in printing and graphics to help customers find the right solutions and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach our selling model within the store by engaging customers and motivating associates to do the same.
• Sales Execution: Execute, communicate, and ensure understanding of flyer and promotional items; maximize sales while assisting customers.
• Leadership: Lead areas in the store, including cash and print, to achieve goals and targets; cultivate a selling culture.
• Operational Excellence: Manage store print operations and uphold brand standards.
• Training & Development: Dedicate time for self-development and enable others to do the same; conduct training of associates.
