Job summary

Sephora Canada in Toronto (Liberty Village) is seeking an Operations Consultant to support stockroom and merchandising updates. The role partners with the Operations Supervisor to maintain organization and ensure smooth store operations.

The position requires 1-2 years of retail/customer service experience, strong computer and arithmetic skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training across POS/MPOS may be provided and cross-training in cashier duties is possible.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail/client service experience, preferably in stockroom.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and business.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS/MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in cashier zone.
• Support SEPHORA merchandising concepts and loss prevention.
• Handle shipment receipt and stockroom organization.
• Process transfers, damages and testers per standards.
• Report inventory issues to supervisors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with sampling policies.
