Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Part-Time Operations Consultant at AB-Cross Iron (0884) in Rocky View, AB. You will partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization, merchandise updates and store standards.

Responsibilities include friendly client service during store hours, training cashiers on POS/MPOS, processing shipments, stocking shelves, organizing the stockroom, supporting inventory control, and enforcing safety and merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
• Possess good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to the needs of clients and the business.
• Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• A High School graduate or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store business hours.
• Train cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone.
• Support Sephora merchandising concepts.
• Perform shipment receipt and stockroom organization.
• Process transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
• Check in all visual elements and communicate missing/damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
• Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Supervisor(s), Assistant Manager(s) or Store Manager.
• Participate in inventory control.
