Job summary

Sephora Canada in Dartmouth seeks an Operations Consultant to partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. You will handle shipments, assist in cashier training, and ensure safety and store standards during business hours.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or client service, good computer and arithmetic skills, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience preferred, including stockroom work.
• Proficient with basic computer, arithmetic and organizational tasks.
• Able to multi-task while serving clients and supporting store operations.
• Effective time management and communication skills, flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS/MPOS usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in cashier zones and sales floor.
• Support stockroom organization, shipment receipt, and inventory controls.
• Communicate inventory issues and damages to supervisors and managers.
