Job summary

Sephora Canada in Calgary is seeking a part-time Operations Consultant to support stockroom organization and update merchandise. You will partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory and effective client service during store hours.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task across tasks including training peers. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience preferred.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet client needs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store business hours.
• Train cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
• Maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
• Assist in inventory control and safety standards.
