Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Vaughan, ON is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead National Accounts execution across major partners. This field-oriented role requires developing KPIs, coaching Territory Managers and ensuring consistent in-store performance.

You will travel up to 50% across Canada, conducting weekend store visits during peak seasons and collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service to drive operational excellence and enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in retail operations, sales, merchandising, or national accounts.
• Experience working with large retail customers within consumer packaged goods, home improvement or building materials is preferred.
• Bilingual English/French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate National Account strategies into consistent execution across major retail partners.
• Lead execution planning for promotions, merchandising programs, and store events.
• Develop field execution standards and monitor audits and KPIs.
• Own the Salesforce workflow by creating and tracking field tasks for Territory Managers.
• Coordinate cross-functional solutions with Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
