Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a Retail Execution Partner to lead field operations and drive Same Store Sales growth across key accounts in Food Service and Hospitality. You will travel extensively, partnering with regions to ensure disciplined execution of retail strategies and initiatives, while coaching operators for improved performance.

The role emphasizes analytics, promotions activation, and strong communication with regional leaders, supported by a robust total rewards program.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Retail Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in foodservice, retail operations, hospitality leadership, or business development.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and drive measurable sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, promotional execution, and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately four days per week to support operators and field accounts.
• Activate promotions, campaigns, and growth initiatives with Program Development and Brand teams.
• Champion retail standards, program compliance, and execution consistency.
• Coach frontline leaders and operational teams to improve execution and accountability.
• Review dashboards weekly and develop action plans to close gaps with operators.
• Develop plans to support retention, account refreshes, and growth priorities.
• Participate in monthly regional operations and Envision calls focused on SSS priorities.
• Share participation and sales results with operators using monthly reports.
