Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in retail is preferred.

• Physical capability to perform routine store tasks and duties.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and ensure standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence and take full responsibility.
• Communicate and enforce company rules to all team members.
• Oversee inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Ensure merchandising practices follow company guidelines across the store.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage team performance and prioritize daily tasks efficiently.
