Pop's Cannabis Co. is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to oversee opening and closing duties, supervise staff, and ensure a high level of customer service within a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will maintain store appearance, deliver product knowledge, assist with onboarding and training, and escalate issues to store managers while upholding compliance and education as a role model for your team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification required.
• Clear criminal record is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Open and close retail store, including activating/deactivating alarms.
• Greet and assist customers and model exemplary conduct.
• Provide high levels of service, build relationships, suggest products.
• Onboard, train, and educate staff; lift team performance.
• Maintain policy compliance and professional customer handling.
• Support sales strategies and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Communicate policy or product changes to staff and customers.
• Escalate issues to the direct manager and ensure compliance.
