Prairie Records is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to manage opening/closing, supervise staff, and uphold company standards in daily operations. You will ensure store presentation, assist cashiers, and deliver superior customer service while maintaining cash controls and front-of-house organization.

The role emphasizes education, compliance, and escalation of customer issues to management. Experience in retail and cannabis certification are valued, with opportunity to grow within the team.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service.
• Clear communication and documentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close store with alarm activation/deactivation.
• Greet customers and deliver exemplary conduct.
• Provide high-level customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of staff.
• Promote high service standards and lead by example.
• Enforce store policies and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Support sales strategies and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Communicate policy and product updates to staff.
• Identify technology needs to meet customer requirements.
• Escalate staff issues to the direct manager.
