Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is looking for a customer-focused team member to help create a welcoming, fresh shopping experience. You will assist customers, stock displays, and maintain neat, safe areas across the store environment.

The position requires standing for long periods, potential heavy lifting, and a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. English is essential; French is a plus. Retail experience is an asset, and benefits are provided by Farm Boy.

Qualifications

• Able to work in cooler, freezer, or outdoor conditions and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency; French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing knowledge about products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves with high-quality presentation and signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties.
• Follow all corporate policies, with emphasis on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
