Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves with high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties.
• Follow all corporate policies with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow team members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
