Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. in Ontario is hiring a customer-focused team member to deliver warm, welcoming service and keep our department looking its best.

You’ll help create the fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for and ensure customers feel supported throughout their visit. Responsibilities include greeting customers, stocking and displaying merchandise with clear signage, maintaining cleanliness, and following health, safety, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise with high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas through general housekeeping duties.
• Follow all corporate policies with emphasis on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow team members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
