Job summary

Farm Boy is hiring to deliver outstanding customer service and keep our department looking its best. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience, assist customers, stock displays, and maintain cleanliness with a team-focused mindset.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; French is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, confident customer service reflecting Farm Boy standards.
• Greet and assist customers, share knowledge and enthusiasm for products.
• Stock, display, rotate merchandise, and ensure clear signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work and storage areas; perform housekeeping duties.
• Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and use equipment properly.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and support team members as needed.
• Take on additional duties as needed to help the team.

With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you'll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy's commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Thriving in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
