Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and go back process; keep store well merchandised and in stock.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully with teammates; be a role model for others.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
