Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking team members to deliver warm and engaging customer service at our Ontario stores. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain clean, well-presented displays.

You will stock shelves, rotate items, and adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety standards, while supporting opening/closing routines and occasional additional duties. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with multiple deadlines and standing for long periods; may involve cooler/freezer/outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are considered an asset.
