Reporting to the Chicken Shop Store Manager, the Retail Cashier Team Leadwill beresponsible and accountable for day to day consumer transactions while maintaining and executing the highest standard of customer service.

What you will be doing:
a. Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all assigned work activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner. Provide input for hiring and performance management and report team issues and concerns to the Retail Cash Supervisor.
b. Manage shift schedules and staff efficiencies based on customer traffic and in conjunction with company goals and initiatives.
c. Schedules lunches and breaks and makes staffing recommendations.
a. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Ensure that Retail Cashier staff are adhering to company policy and procedure.
b. Comply with all Maple Lodge Farms Internal cash and transaction policies and procedures.
c. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of improved departmental processes, policies and procedures.
