Job summary

Maple Lodge Farms is seeking an Order Administrator to join our Brampton team. Reporting to the Supervisor - Order Management, you will process customer orders daily in our ERP system, confirm supply against demand, and coordinate with Sales, Supply & Demand, Shipping and Invoicing to ensure a smooth order flow.

You should have 2 years of experience in the food industry, strong multi-tasking and attention to detail, and a High School Diploma.

• 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail (accuracy).
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Process phone, and email orders accurately and efficiently and handle any general customer or consumer inquiries via phone and/or email as appropriate.
• Process EDI orders, ensuring that orders with errors are resolved and released.
• Complete product cutbacks or substitutions in ERP system when required.
• Promote new products and opportunity buys to customers and upsell products.
• Book and communicate delivery appointments as required by MLF customers.
• Maintain proactive communications with Sales, Supply & Demand, Shipping, and Invoicing to ensure smooth flow of customer orders.

Reporting to the Supervisor - Order Management, the Order Administrator will beresponsible fordaily processing of customer orders into ERP system, confirming supply in relation to customer demands.

This is to fill an existing position in the company.

What you will be doing:
