Job summary

Maple Lodge Farms in Brampton, ON is seeking a Live Supply Chain Data Administrator to database key payments data and provide regular reporting to Grower Services and planning staff. You will enter payment data, audit accuracy, and generate daily reports to support the payment process.

The role covers databasing, reporting, administration, and system maintenance, including PowerBI history files. The position offers health benefits, weekly pay, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ experience in a data/payments or supply chain role.
• Knowledge of food processing regulatory standards (CFIA, GMP, HACCP, BRC).
• Team-player with professional interaction across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Databasing: collect daily mortality trend data and input into the database; update daily results file.
• Reporting: generate daily and weekly reports for the payment process and KPI tracking.
• Administration: support Grower Services with documents and back-up duties; coordinate testing logistics.
• System maintenance: maintain Power BI history files and ensure data quality.

Salary Range: $47,000.00 To $57,000.00 Annually

Reporting to the Live Supply Chain Science and Analytics Manager, the Live Supply Chain Data Administrator will beresponsible todatabase key payments data required by Live Supply Chain and provide regular reporting for payment and support to various stakeholders (Grower Services Account Manager, Planning Specialists etc.).

This is a new position for the company.

Location: 8301 Winston Churchill Blvd, Brampton, ON L6Y 0A2

Shift: Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm

What you will be doing:

Databasing

• Collect Daily Mortality Trend data, database (Challenged Grower Excel), and update and disseminate daily Results file.
• Enter key payment data into the database daily and weekly.
• Audit data entered to ensure accuracy.

Reporting

• Generate daily reports required to support payment process which include History and Allocation files.
• Perform weekly or monthly data consolidation and report dissemination. These include but are not limited to R2 reports, hatchery WPIR and FWM investigations, KPI reporting and Challenged Growers reporting.
• Assist the GS Account Manager team by providing support services to growers.

Administration

• Support Grower Services by maintaining and disseminating New Grower Packages.
• Back up the Senior Payment Administrator in payment duties, as required.
• Assist Grower Services by generating and consolidating standard documents required for the Growers Claims process.
• Co-ordinate and submit bloods for testing once a week when onsite.
• Provide vacation coverage as needed.

System maintenance

• Maintain History PowerBI file and generate daily Grower specific histories
• Promote and comply with all Maple Lodge Farms Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

What you will bring:

• Two to five years’ experience
• Working knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;
• Team-player with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work / excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential;
• Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities;
• General Computer Skills (e.g. MS Office)
