Job summary

Eastlink is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the Eastlink Retail Store in Carbonear, NL. You will oversee all store operations, recruit and mentor staff, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead brand activation for the new location, promote ownership, and empower your team to embody the Eastlink brand in daily interactions.

Responsibilities:

• As a store manager, you will oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, Sales objectives, etc.)
• You will mentor and motivate the team by delivering incredible customer experience while driving sales goals;
• You will take the lead in bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors;
• You will bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store;
• You have a passion to drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment;
