Eastlink is opening a new retail store in Carbonear and seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales objectives, recruit and onboard staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will mentor colleagues, manage performance, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the store. You will partner with Eastlink’s brand initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of service and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Proven ability to drive sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store management including recruiting and performance management.

As a store manager, you will oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, Sales objectives, etc.)You will mentor and motivate the team by delivering incredible customer experience while driving sales goals;You will take the lead in bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors;You will bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store;You have a passion to drive performance and thrive in an exciting environment;You understand accountability in all its forms, and you are motivated by it;You will be given the opportunity to work with all our products.
