Job summary

Eastlink is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the Carbonear location to lead day-to-day operations, recruit and develop staff, manage performance, and ensure the store meets sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive brand activation for the new location, maintain high service standards, implement incentive plans, and collaborate with product teams to optimize promotions and customer offerings.

Responsibilities:

• As a store manager, you will oversee all aspects of Store Management (recruiting, hiring, performance management, Sales objectives, etc.)
• You will mentor and motivate the team by delivering incredible customer experience while driving sales goals;
• You will take the lead in bringing the Eastlink brand to life with the launch of the new location and help the team become brand ambassadors;
• You will bring a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to running your store;
