The Retail Assistant Store Manager, under the direction of the Retail Store Manager, is primarily responsible for the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, motivating teams, managing inventory levels, and handling any other task assigned by the Retail Store Manager.
The Retail Assistant Store Manager is the first point of contact for addressing and dealing with customer complaints and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience when visiting the retail store.
All Retail Assistant Store Managers are expected to be stewards of compliance and education leading by example, providing education, and reinforcing company standards.
