Sportchek in Lethbridge is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Leader to coach and develop the store team, ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to the company service model. You will oversee in-store and eCommerce order flow, inventory movement, and daily operations to drive performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to motivate a high-energy team in a dynamic retail environment, with a focus on safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop department and store teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• 3–5 years retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver service standards.
• Oversee B2B Mark’s Commercial order entry and management.
• Fulfill in-store eCommerce and eCommerce orders within service levels.
• Assist in inventory movement to the salesfloor and oversee shipping/receiving.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, cash and OH&S policies.
• Run daily/weekly plans and conduct effective shift starter meetings.
