Job summary

Sport Chek is seeking an Advisor Lead to engage customers and support the store management team in oversight of daily operations. You will mentor staff, drive sales, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

Job Description

As an Advisor Lead at Sport Chek, you will engage customers and employees with your positive and helpful attitude. You will support the store management team with general shift oversight in your assigned department and other areas of the store as needed.

Our typical hiring range is between $16.00 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
