Sport Chek is seeking a Department Sales Manager of Store Operations who thrives in a sports-driven, active environment. You’ll coach and develop a high-performing team, lead omni-channel sales, and ensure timely eCommerce fulfillment while upholding exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, supervisory preferred.
• Proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service.

• Build and manage a daily game and sales plan for the department.
