Qualifications

• Minimum three years of work experience in insurance restoration and/or construction estimating/project management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software including Excel and Word.
• Completion of applicable certifications such as IICRC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restoration projects including obtaining quotes and construction schedules.
• Monitor and coordinate project activities with clients and sub-trades.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
