Job summary

BELFOR Canada Inc. is seeking a Repair and Restoration Coordinator in Winnipeg to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

You will lead staffing, schedule control, safety compliance, and coordination with Project Managers on restoration projects. Benefits include competitive pay, company phone, RRSP matching, and ongoing leadership training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong attention to detail and respect for clients’ property and information.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract (per company Auto Policy).

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement procedures to improve efficiency and support safety policies.
• Maintain and control production schedules, crew assignments, and staffing levels.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, vacation approvals, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor project outcomes, quality, and budgets for optimal performance.
• Oversee equipment, fleet, and tool management, including maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality service, budget compliance, and safety standards.
• Support Project Managers on large-scale restoration projects and emergency responses.
• Coordinate staff, equipment, and safety during after-hours and on-call situations.
• Organize staff training and orientation in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure hazard-free job sites through inspections, proper PPE use, and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, adjusters, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, seamless project completion.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
