The Repair and Restoration Coordinator is a key leader within our branch. In this role, you will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting industry standards. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage staffing needs, and streamline processes to maximize team performance and operational effectiveness.
Due to the nature of our business, this position will work normal business hours but may be required to work in the evenings, on-call, or outside normal working hours;
Perform tasks requiring mobility in tight or confined spaces, sustained physical activity (standing, lifting, walking, bending, kneeling), and working at heights over 5 feet as needed;
Manual dexterity for keyboarding, repetitive tasks, and prolonged periods of computer use, demanding attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and
Periodic travel may be required.
