BELFOR Property Restoration Canada is seeking a Project Manager to oversee emergency and restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary education in Construction, Business, or Project Management is a plus.
• Experience with restoration or construction projects is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Prepare estimates, floor plans, and documentation using Xactimate and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in internal and external systems.
• Secure work authorizations and deposits while ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate job activities, subcontractors, permits, and inspections for smooth project delivery.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to provide updates and maintain relationships.
• Oversee project finances including billing and collections.
• Ensure safety and compliance with insurance and regulatory standards.
