Coast Restaurant in Vancouver, BC is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee and optimize daily operations on site. You will recruit, schedule, supervise, and train staff, manage cash and financial reports, and ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• MS Office, MS Outlook and POS system proficiency.
• Experience supervising 20+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Recruit staff.
• Set staff work schedules.
• Supervise staff.
• Train staff.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
