You will be responsible for developing a high-performing team of 50-100 individuals while delivering on strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of team leadership experience, outstanding coaching abilities, and a passion for quality. This role offers competitive compensation of $19–$27/hour, inclusive of tips, and excellent benefits, including flexible scheduling and mentorship opportunities.
