Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service.

• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow.
• Hire, train and evaluate staff to maintain a motivated team.
• Oversee food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions using POS systems accurately and securely.
• Maintain hospitality standards and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on food quality, presentation, and timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain efficiency.
• Enforce health and safety regulations across the restaurant environment.
