Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• English is the working language.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain profits.
• Develop budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to fit the budget.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
• Monitor staff performance.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Recruit and schedule staff; supervise and train the team.
• Set service offerings and implement procedures.
• Balance cash, generate reports, and complete related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews and cost products/services.
• Enforce liquor regulations and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients; participate in marketing plans.
• Address customer complaints and provide service; manage events.
