Day-to-day duties include recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining records, boosting sales through guest outreach, and planning events aligned with marketing windows.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Experience in supervising and training staff is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served to standards.
• Recruit staff and supervise training; manage inventory and money control systems.
• Maintain restaurant records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective Guests to promote sales and support local marketing initiatives.
