Job summary

Subway is looking for a dedicated Shift Manager who will ensure an excellent guest experience and oversee daily operations in London, Ontario. Responsibilities include supervising staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring food quality.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure that great food is prepared & served.
• Control inventory and scheduling staff.
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on responsibilities.
• Complete paperwork as needed.
