Job summary

DGA is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to oversee daily catering and facility services at multiple Winnipeg locations. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will supervise 5–10 staff, coordinate with clients and suppliers, address client concerns, and ensure efficient, high-quality service across all sites. A 1–2 year college diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: 1–2 year college diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years to less than 3 years experience.
• On-site work only, no remote option.
• Experience in operations, staffing, and health and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage inventory and schedule staff.
