Responsibilities
  1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
  2. Evaluate daily operations.
  3. Plan and organize daily operations.
  4. Set staff work schedules.
  5. Supervise and train staff.
  6. Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  7. Balance cash and complete financial reports.
  8. Conduct performance reviews.
  9. Organize and maintain inventory.
  10. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  11. Negotiate with suppliers and clients for services and supplies.
  12. Participate in marketing plans and their implementation.
  13. Lead and instruct staff, address customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  14. Manage events.
Supervision

Manage 5-10 people.
