Job summary

Germain Hotels group is seeking a warm, guest‑facing Host to greet guests, help them settle in, and ensure a smooth dining experience in our on‑site dining spaces.

You will escort guests, manage reservations and seating plans, support the service team, and help with setup and cleanup. Bilingual French and English skills are preferred to interact with guests and colleagues across Canada. This full‑time role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, travel‑friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide warm, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and versatility.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities
